TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephones or video conference call.

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minor (Bethany Rodriguez, age 17). The Court finds the settlement is reasonable, however, one deficiency remains, and additional deficiencies are identified.

(1)  The agreement providing for a reduction in medical expenses from Kuwato Chiropractic has still not been filed.

(2)  As to the proposed order granting the petition, item 1 has not been completed (hearing date, department, etc.), Petitioner’s name is not listed, the gross settlement amount (item 6) has not been listed, and the total allowance for fees (item 5) is not listed.

Accordingly, the petition is CONTINUED. Counsel is ordered to correct the deficiencies listed above by filing a supplemental declaration and attaching the reduction agreement from Kuwato and nothing else, and by filing a corrected proposed order. No other documents need to be filed.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
