TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Aiden Robles, Age 5).  The Court finds that the settlement and requested attorney fees are reasonable, however, there is no proposed order filed. Additionally, Defendant has not been served with the petition.

Accordingly, the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Aiden Robles, Age 5) is CONTINUED. Counsel is ordered to file a proposed order granting the petition and serve Defendant with the petition.
