On January 19, 2023, at the direction of Department 1, this case is now ordered reassigned and transferred to the following Independent Calendar Court in the Central District, Judge Maureen Duffy-Lewis presiding in Department 38 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, for all purposes except trial.
