After review of the court file, the Court makes the following order:

Department 29 of the Personal Injury (PI) Court has determined that the above-entitled action is not a personal injury case as defined in the Court’s most recent General Order re: General Jurisdiction Personal Injury Cases – Filing Location.

This case is hereby referred to Department One for review and reassignment to an Independent Calendar (IC) court.
