The Court has reviewed the request for default judgment and is CONTINUING the matter to allow Plaintiff to correct the following issue:

(1)  The supporting evidence is not sufficient to prove the amount in damages sought. In the declarations submitted to the Court, there is a payment schedule for the license fee for each of the four years of the contract. However, exhibit 1, which is a copy of the agreement appears to be missing a page as the payment schedule for years three and four are missing. Without evidence showing how much Defendant had agreed to pay for years three and four, the Court cannot ascertain how much Defendant owes to Plaintiff.
