TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Salen Hawkins, Age 16).  The settlement is reasonable. However, page 2 of the proposed order granting the petition is blank; attorney fees and costs must be listed on this page. Moreover, the proposed order states the net amount in settlement for Claimant is $258,540.37, but the petition states it is $258,382.15.

Accordingly, the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Salen Hawkins, Age 16) is CONTINUED. Counsel is to file a new proposed order correcting the issues identified above.
