The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Person with a Disability. The Court finds that the petition is reasonable, however, counsel’s declaration does not substantiate attorney fees of 40%. The Court would award 33% in attorney fees in this case. Thus, the Court approves the following distribution:
