Facts: 

Plaintiff Jordan Robusto sued Defendant Zhi Xin Gao and Defendant Spa Ritz for sexual battery, battery, and additionally asserts causes of action against Defendant Spa Ritz for negligent hiring/supervision, retention, and negligence per se, stemming from Plaintiff’s allegation that Defendant Gao sexually battered Plaintiff during her massage. Defendant Gao pled guilty to criminal charges.

Damages proved. Plaintiff’s declaration and supporting evidence generally supports special damages in the amount of $10,314.82.
