TENTATIVE 

The unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff, Darrell Daniels, is CONTINUED to May 30, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. to permit counsel to correct the following defects. First, counsel’s proposed order is blank. Counsel is directed to file out the proposed order. Second, the Court notes that counsel has not filed proof of service indicating his client was served with the notice of motion, motion, declaration and proposed order. The proof of service indicates that only the motion and declaration were served on Defendants. Thus, after the proposed order is filled out, counsel must serve his client with the motion, declaration, and proposed order, and must serve all other defendants with the proposed order, then file proof of service. If the FSC and trial date is continued before the next hearing on this motion, counsel is directed to ensure that the current hearing dates are listed on the declaration and proposed order.
