TENTATIVE

The Court has reviewed the Expedited Petitions to Approve Minor’s Compromise (Mia and Amy Piaz, ages 12 and 9.) The Court declines to approve the Petitions as requested as the following defects must be corrected:

(1)  There are no proposed orders granting the petitions, or blocked orders, filed.

(2)  There are no medical records filed.

(3)  The retainer agreements have not been filed.

(4)  There are no declarations in support of the fee request discussing the relevant factors identified in Cal Rules of Court 7.955.

However, counsel has not yet corrected the issues.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
