Beyder v Beyder

19VECV01571

Tentative ruling:  Ex parte application to extend time to file Motion to Tax Costs

GRANTED for a period of not more than 30 days from the date it is due.  Good cause is shown because plaintiff’s counsel is currently in a position of a possible conflict of interest.

Good cause is shown to allow him to withdraw and to give his clients time to either file the motion on their own or obtain new counsel.

Absent the parties' stipulation, the court may extend the deadline for up to 30 days. [CRC 3.1700(b)(3); Adam v. DeCharon (1995) 31 CA4th 708, 713, 37 CR2d 195, 197]
