Tentative ruling: Ex parte application to special set motion to compel deposition:  Granted – good cause has been shown -- the motion is advanced to 4/19/2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. T.  Notice must be delivered to Mr. Nyberg’s home and if no one answers, taped to the front door.  If there is a mailbox, another copy shall be placed in the mailbox.  Also, telephonic notice shall be given.  A proof of service showing all of these methods of notice shall be filed prior to the hearing.  Mr. Nyberg may file a written opposition prior to the hearing or appear and argue his opposition at the time of the hearing.
