1.  The motion has not been properly served.  Service cannot be in one mailing for 3 parties.  Each party is entitled to their own notice.
2.  The court is unclear whether the plaintiffs are still living at the address used for the mailing.  This can be confirmed by asking counsel in the related action.
3.  There is a different address that has been used for the plaintiffs where they were served in the related case at 8033 W. Sunset Blvd. #247 LA 90046 and the court questions why that address was not ALSO used for service of the papers. 
4. Counsel has not verified the address used for service.
5. The papers can also be scanned and texted to the clients’ cell phones.
6. Counsel does not indicate whether there are other emails addresses for the other two clients.
