Tentative ruling:  Motion to withdraw filed by Armen Shagzo and JHP Legal:  GRANTED ONLY UPON FILING PROOF OF SERVICE OF CONFORMED ORDER AS TO MR. KESSEDJIAN INDIVIDUALLY BUT DENIED AS TO MR KESSEDJIAN AS TRUSTEE.  As Trustee, he cannot be self-represented unless he is the sole beneficiary of the trust.  Further information will need to be provided.  However,  moving party has not submitted a prepared order...it is blank.  It needs to be resubmitted to the court.  It must include the client’s name, address, telephone number and email address.  Until the proof of service of the conformed order is filed, Mr. Shagzo and his firm remain counsel of record and must continue to appear at all hearings and comply with all orders.
