The court ruled on the motion for fees.  The court did not inadvertently fail to rule on fees for the reply; no fees or anticipated fees were identified in the motion.  Now, counsel seeks fees for the reply.  Seeking additional fees for the reply are expected.  They should have been in the motion.  However, if responding party insists, the matter can be continued for the statutory period to allow additional opposition and additional hearing.  This will result in additional fees being claimed.  The court will discuss this at the hearing.
