The court grants the request to put the Defendants' Special Motion to Strike with request for attorney fees back on calendar.  The matter is set for hearing on 11/14/2022 at 8:30 a.m.  Because the case was dismissed without an opposition filed which would have been due on the date of dismissal, the court allows an opposition and reply to be filed per Code under usual law and motion rules.
