Motion to compel is granted in its entirety.  CODE COMPLIANT supplemental responses and production are due in 20 days.  This means for document production, each page produced must have a number and the responses must state which page numbers on the documents produced apply to which request.  The request must provide a privilege log with sufficient description so that the parties and the court can determine whether each document is privileged, each response must state whether all responsive documents or only some responsive documents are being produced, whether the documents never existed or have existed but are lost, misplaced, or destroyed, and the name and address of any person or entity which has custody of responsive documents.
