Ford Motor Company B312261 filed 4/4/2023, Second Appellate District, Division Eight).  As the parties have not had the opportunity to brief it, the court continues the matter to 8:30 a.m. on 4/20/2023.  Any supplemental briefing by plaintiff shall be efiled and eserved by close of business on 4/12/2023. Any responsive briefing by defendant shall be efiled and eserved by close of business on 4/18/2023.  The Case Management Conference set 4/7/2023 will also be continued to 4/20/2023 at 8:30 a.m.
