Grant contingent upon Mr. Sands filing a proof of service of the conformed order on his client Mr. Grecco at the client’s last known address and his client’s last known telephone number.  Until those proofs of service are filed, Mr. Sands remains counsel of record.

However, it is denied without prejudice as to the corporation.  Ms. Sands has failed to advise the court what a corporate search for this corporation reveals, Michael Grecco Productions, Inc. and who is the registered agent for service of process and whether he has served the motion on that agent.

Also, he has failed to state whether he searched online for Michael Grecco Photography and what he found.

Mr. Sands is directed to advise the court where Mr. Grecco’s corporation is incorporated and what a search for that corporation reveals, were his business is located and what attempts were made to reach him there.
