Application for preliminary injunction will be set for hearing.  No temporary restraining order is issued.  There are no facts to show irreparable harm, immediate danger, or any other statutory basis for ex parte relief.  (CRC 3.1202(c).)  Freezing assets in order to provide for funds to satisfy a possible judgment requires more than just a suspicion that the assets may be unavailable.  Freezing the assets in order to prevent the funds to be used by the parties for their attorney fees to defend this case is not an acceptable basis for a TRO and is counter to public policy.
