TENTATIVE RULING

Feb. 15th at 1:30 p.m. will be the last day for redaction of exhibits. The court will not discuss other matters not on calendar, i.e., anything other than the redactions and the request to the court to accept additional evidence.

Upon reflection, the tentative has been changed on the request to accept additional evidence.  The court will hear argument to consist of no more than 10 minutes per side.

Please plan to use your time wisely.

Closing argument briefs are to be filed and eserved by both sides on March 14, 2023, by 4:30 p.m.

Responsive briefs are to be filed and eserved by both sides on March 28, 2023, by 4:30 p.m.

No additional filings will be considered by the court after March 28, 2023.

The evidentiary hearing will be submitted on 4/3/2023.
