1. On the Court’s own motion, the Hearing on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is CONTINUED to September 19, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
The Court needs additional time to consider all of the briefing filed and rule on the high number of evidentiary objections asserted.

The Court finds that Plaintiff failed to file a declaration containing facts sufficient to justify the sealing. (See Cal. R. Ct., 2.551(b)(1) [“The motion or application must be accompanied by a memorandum and a declaration containing facts sufficient to justify the sealing.”].)
The Court gives Plaintiff an opportunity to cure this defect. A declaration must be filed and served by September 8, 2023.
