PIXIOR, LLC v.  JUST FUNKY, LLC, et al. (21STCP04033)

 

I.                   BACKGROUND

 

On February 6, 2025, the Court continued the hearing because the motions papers were not filed using the mandatory judicial council form. The Court determined that Moving Counsel must refile the motion papers and properly serve them.

 

To date, this has not occurred.

 

 

II.                 TENTATIVE RULING

 

Counsel for Respondents Just Funky, LLC and Stunned Mind, LLC’s “Motion to Withdraw as Counsel,” filed on October 23, 2024, is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

 

On February 6, 2025, the Court continued the hearing because the motions papers were not filed using the mandatory judicial council form. The Court determined that Moving Counsel must refile the motion papers and properly serve them.

 

Moving Counsel failed to file and serve revised motion papers.

 

Thus, the motion is denied without prejudice.
