On the Court’s own motion, the Hearing on Motion to Compel Compliance is CONTINUED to February 21, 2023, at 8:30 A.M. in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The Court will be dark beginning on December 23, 2022 until January 3, 2023.  As of December 22, 2022, the Reply brief has not been filed. Accordingly, the Court needs more time to consider all the briefing filed and to be filed before the hearing.
