On the Court’s own motion, the Hearing on Motion to Confirm Settlement is CONTINUED to November 30, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The Trial Setting Conference is CONTINUED TO November 30, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.

At the September 13, 2021 Case Management Conference, the Court ordered counsel for Defendant Infosys Limited to file a Notice of Related Case for two possibly related actions. (See September 13, 2021 Minute Order, p. 1.)  The Notice of Related Case must be filed in both this case and the related actions.

To date, Defendant has not complied with the Court’s order. Thus, the Court finds that it is not appropriate to rule on the motion or conduct a trial setting conference at this time. 

The Court orders Counsel for Defendant to file a Notice of Related Case within 5 court days of notice of this order per the requirements set forth in California Rules of Court, rule 3.300.
