On the Court’s own motion, the Hearing on Motion to be Releived as Counsel is CONTINUED to February 15, 2023, 8:30 a.m.  in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

In its December 22, 2022 Minute Order, the Court ordered Counsel for Plaintiff to provide notice of the new hearing date. However, the proof of service indicates that Counsel for Plaintiff did not give notice to Client until January 4, 2023 by mail. This is only ten court days notice, which the Court finds insufficient notice under the code.
