Maria Velazquez is ordered to provide verified responses without objections to the above discovery requests within thirty (30) days.
The Court grants monetary sanctions to Plaintiffs against Maria Velazquez in the reduced amount of $860.00 for each motion for the abuse of discovery by Maria Velazquez in failing to respond to a valid method of discovery, for a total of $2,580. (Code of Civ. Proc. section 2023.010(d); 2023.030(a).) Sanctions are ordered paid within 30 days through Plaintiffs' counsel of record.
