RULING 

The hearing on Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is CONTINUED to April 5, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. 

The Court finds that Counsel for Plaintiff failed to file any proof of service showing that notice of the motion and motion,  declaration, and  proposed order were served on counsel for Defendants as required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(d).

Counsel for Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of the continuance of the hearing to the client and counsel for Defendants, along with service of the of motion, declaration, and proposed order.  Proofs of service must be filed by March 30, 2023.
