After consideration of the briefing filed, Plaintiff Sofia Lara’s unopposed Motion For Order To Compel Responses To Request For Production Of Documents, Set One And For Sanctions Against Defendant Bonnie Brae Investment LLC and/or Defendant’s Attorney Of Record Joel S. Farkas is GRANTED in part.  Defendant is ordered to serve verified responses, without objections, within 30 days. 

The Court imposes monetary sanctions in the amount of $760.00 against Defendant Bonnie Brae Investment, LLC for abuse of the discovery process for failing to respond to a valid method of discovery, payable within 30 days through Plaintiff's counsel of record. (Code of Civ. Proc. sections 2023.010(d); 2023.030(a).)
