On the Court’s own motion, the Hearing – Other Re: Plaintiff Proceeding As Pseudonym is taken OFF-CALENDAR.

On October 25, 2022, Plaintiff E.W. Ex Parte Application, filed on October 20, 2022, requesting orders (1) sealing the Certificates of Merit, (2) permitting Plaintiff to serve the DOE Defendants, and (3) permitting Plaintiff to proceed under a fictitious name. The Ex Parte Application was granted in its entirety.

Accordingly, the Court signs the proposed order filed on November 29, 2022.  No further ruling is necessary.  

No notice by plaintiff is required at this stage of the proceedings.
