The Motion to Compel Further Discovery Responses to Request for Production of Documents is CONTINUED TO  April 16, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

The Court has not received courtesy copies from the parties of all briefing and supporting documents filed (moving and opposition papers) to Department 19. (See Department 19 Courtroom Information link on the LASC Website and Operative General Order regarding electronic filing of documents in Unlimited Civil cases regarding that requirement). 

The Court will consider Defendant's Opposition based upon the declaration filed on February 6, 2024.

Plaintiff may file a Reply by February 19, 2024.
