Case Number: 23STCP02225    Hearing Date: April 11, 2024    Dept: 19

The Hearing on Motion to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice [by Brent S. Silverman] scheduled for April 11, 2024 is CONTINUED to May 1, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The declaration of Brent S. Silverman fails to state (1) that the applicant is a licensee in good standing in those courts; and (2) that the applicant is not currently suspended or disbarred in any court. (Cal. R. Ct., 9.40(d)(3)-(4).)

Additionally, no proposed order has been filed.

The Court gives counsel for Respondent Wasserman Media Group LLC an opportunity to cure these defects. A Supplemental Declaration of Brent S. Silverman must be filed and served by April 19, 2024, along with a proposed order.

Counsel for Respondent Wasserman Media Group LLC to give notice.
