Counsel for Defendant Hart House LLC’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is CONTINUED TO 02/18/2025, AT 8:30 A.M. 

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. However, the Court cannot sign the proposed Order granting the motion, filed on September 19, 2024, because Sections 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 are blank, it appears to erroneously checks the box “last known” in Section 6, and fails to indicate Client’s current address and telephone number. The Declaration states that Counsel has confirmed Client’s current address. 

The Order must include the scheduled Trial Readiness date, time, and place, the Final Status Conference date, time and place, and the Trial time and place in sections 7, 8 and 9.
