Jeremy James Cotton, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, Case No. 19STCV40052

Trial is set for April 3, 2023, and Defendant City of Los Angeles (“Defendant” or the “City”) seeks to continue the trial date.  The Court (reluctantly) grants the City’s application and advances and vacates the final status conference and trial dates.  The Court sets the following dates:

Final Status Conference:           June 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

Trial:                                       July 10, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

The discovery and motions cut-offs shall be based on the former trial date (April 3, 2023) except as follows: (1) The deadline for the deposition of Mr. Roger Clark shall be based on the new trial date; and (2) The parties may conduct any discovery to which they stipulate. 

There shall be no further continuances absent good cause.  The City’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
