Frank Basile v. Parviz Taherpour, et al., Case No. 20STCV13012

Plaintiff Frank Basile (“Plaintiff”) proceeded to trial against Defendants Parviz and Liselotte Taherpour (collectively, “Defendants”) on October 4, 2022, and the presentation of evidence concluded on October 11, 2022.  The Court ordered written closing briefs.  Plaintiff has filed a motion to reopen evidence at trial, which is set for hearing on March 3, 2023.  Now, Plaintiff seeks to advance that hearing date. 

Plaintiff’s ex parte application is granted.  The Court advances the hearing to February 3, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court continues the non-appearance case review to the same date/time as Plaintiff’s motion.  Defendants’ opposition, and Plaintiff’s reply brief, shall be due based upon statutory deadlines.

Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
