Motion to be Relieved

            Counsel for RT Features US, LLC (“RT Features”) moves to be relieved.  Counsel’s declaration establishes good cause.  Therefore, the Court orders as follows:

            1.         The Court grants the motion upon satisfaction of the conditions in this order.

            2.         RT Features cannot appear as a self-represented party.  Therefore, the Court issues an Order to Show Cause why the Court should not strike its answer.  The OSC hearing shall be held on June 8, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. at the following location:

The parties may appear remotely or in-person.  The Court provides notice: If a new or prospective attorney for RT Features does not appear at the hearing, absent good cause, the Court will strike its answer, which means that Plaintiffs could seek entry of default and, at the appropriate time, default judgment. 

            3.         The Court orders Counsel for RT Features to serve BOTH this minute order AND the Court’s signed order granting the motion to be relieved upon his former client.  The Court orders Counsel for RT Features to file a proof of service making clear that BOTH orders were served upon his client.  Once Counsel complies with this order, he shall be relieved.

            4.         Counsel for RT Features shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
