The remaining defendants were served on January 16, 2024.  Therefore, the Court discharges the Orders to Show Cause re: Dismissal and Striking the Answer.  The Court advances and continues the case management conference to March 28, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. to afford Defendants sufficient time to respond to the complaint or for Plaintiff to seek entry of default.  The Court advances the hearing on the motion to compel from April 24, 2024, to March 28, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
