The Court advances and continues the Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal from September 21, 2023, to November 9, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court shall hear any motion for attorney’s fees on that date/time.  The Court orders Plaintiff’s counsel to file any motion for attorney’s fees sufficiently in advance of November 9, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. to afford statutory notice.  The Court provides notice: If Plaintiff’s counsel does not appear, either remotely or in-person, absent good cause, the Court will dismiss this case with prejudice at the upcoming hearing.  Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
