Motion for Preliminary Approval of Settlement

            Plaintiff moves for preliminary approval of the parties’ settlement.  Good cause having been shown, the Court orders as follows:

            1.         The Court grants the parties’ stipulation to file a second amended complaint.  Plaintiff’s counsel shall file that complaint forthwith.

            2.         The Court grants Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary approval of the settlement.

            3.         The Court sets the following dates:

                        a.         Defendants shall provide the settlement administrator with electronic database concerning class member contact information and data necessary to calculate individual settlement shares on or before February 23, 2024.

                        b.         Settlement administrator will mail notices and opt-out forms on or before March 8, 2024.

                        c.         The deadline for receipt of opt-out forms shall be April 8, 2024.

                        d.         The deadline for the motion for final approval and related motions shall be May 10, 2024.

                        e.         The Court shall hold a hearing on final approval and related motions on June 10, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            4.         The Court continues the Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal (Settlement) to June 10, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            5.         Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
