The Court grants Defendant’s ex parte application to continue the trial date and all related dates.  The Court orders as follows:

1.       The Court advances and vacates the final status conference and trial dates.

2.       The Court continues the hearing on Defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings to November 30, 2022, at 8:30 a.m.

3.       The Court advances Plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend to November 30, 2022, at 8:30 a.m.

4.       The Court shall hold the final status conference on May 19, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

5.       The trial shall commence on May 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

6.       All discovery and motions deadlines shall be based on the new trial date.

7.       The parties shall file pretrial documents five (5) court days in advance of the final status conference. 

8.       Defendant’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
