Defendants La Marquise, LLC and Winstar Properties, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) filed an ex parte application seeking leave to file a cross-complaint or, in the alternative, to advance the hearing date on their motion to do so.  Currently, the motion is calendared for April 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.  The ex parte application is denied.  There is no exigency, and the current hearing date is the first one available.  Therefore, the ex parte application is denied.  Defendants’ counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
