The Court is currently in a jury trial.  Due to congestion of the Court’s calendar, the Court advances and continues the hearings on Defendant’s ex parte applications, as well as Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, to April 6, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court shall hold a trial setting conference on April 6, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.  A trial continuance may be necessary if the Court grants Defendant’s ex parte applications.  Also, the Court has a preference case set for trial on April 5, 2023, which may take priority.  The Court’s clerk shall provide notice.
