Motion to Compel Compliance with Court’s Discovery Order

            On November 10, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses and ordered Defendant to produce a series of documents within sixty days.  Notice was provided on November 14, 2022, via email, meaning that the documents were due on or before January 11, 2023.  Defendant complied with the Court’s order on February 23, 2023.  Plaintiff seeks sanctions.  The Court cannot award sanctions, as Plaintiffs failed to specify against whom Plaintiffs seek sanctions in the notice of motion.  (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2023.030.)  Therefore, Plaintiffs’ motion is denied.  Plaintiffs’ counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
