Motion to Compel Plaintiff Limor Rad’s Deposition

 
THIS HEARING IS BEING CONTINUED.  THE PARTIES SHOULD NOT APPEAR ON MONDAY.  

            Plaintiffs Chagit Yamini and Limor Rad filed this employment case against Inner City Skyline, Inc., Novel Remodeling, Inc., and David Partiel.  Defendants move to compel the deposition of Limor Rad, which is set for hearing on January 29, 2024.  Defendants also move to compel the deposition of Chagit Yamini, which is set for hearing on April 4, 2024.  The Court orders as follows:

            1.         The hearing on Defendants’ motion to compel the deposition of Chagit Yamini is continued to April 3, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court will hear both motions at once if necessary. 

            2.         The Court orders the parties to meet-and-confer via telephone (not email) and to schedule the depositions of Plaintiffs.

            3.         The Court orders the parties to file a joint statement on or before February 9, 2024, informing the Court when the depositions of each plaintiff will occur.

            4.         The Court orders Defendants’ counsel to take the motions off-calendar or file a notice on or before March 8, 2024, informing the Court what issues the Court must resolve on April 3, 2024.  If Defendants’ counsel does not comply with this order, the Court will take the motions off-calendar.    

            5.         The Court’s clerk shall provide notice.
