Ex Parte Application

            Plaintiff Jane Roe filed an ex parte application to advance the hearing on her motion to compel and to continue the hearing on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment.  The Court grants the ex parte application and orders as follows:

            1.         The Court advances the hearing on Plaintiff’s motion to compel from May 22, 2024, to April 16, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            2.         The Court advances and continues the hearing on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment from May 22, 2024, to June 17, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            3.         The Court advances and vacates the final status conference and trial dates.  The Court shall hold a trial setting conference on June 17, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court provides notice that it does not intend to continue the discovery deadlines, which shall remain set based on a trial date of July 9, 2024. 

            4.         Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
