Plaintiffs filed an ex parte application for leave to file a first amended complaint or, in the alternative, to advance the hearing and shorten time on their motion for leave to file a first amended complaint.  Defendants filed an ex parte application to advance the hearing on their motion for terminating sanctions.  All ex parte applications are denied.  Due to congestion of the Court’s calendar, the Court does not have availability to hear the pending motions sooner than the noticed hearing dates.  Defendants’ counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
