Leticia Gurrola v. San Fernando Motor Company, Case No. 22STCV03425

          Plaintiff Leticia Gurrola (“Plaintiff”) seeks to advance a series of discovery motions, which are set for hearing between November 29, 2022, and February 1, 2023.  The Court grants the ex parte application in part.  The Court advances all hearings on all of Plaintiff’s pending discovery motions on November 29, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.  The Court orders the parties to meet-and-confer concerning the outstanding discovery issues.  This order is without prejudice to Plaintiff seeking a trial continuance by way of stipulation or ex parte application.  Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
