Defendant’s counsel seeks a stay of all proceedings until the Court rules on Defendant’s pending motion to compel arbitration.  The stay is mandated by Code of Civil Procedure section 1281.4.  Therefore, the ex parte application is granted.  The Court stays all proceedings until the Court rules on the motion to compel arbitration.  The stay shall be automatically lifted at that time.  Defendant’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
