Ex Parte Application to Continue Trial

            Defendant/Cross-Complainant Guillermina Figueroa has filed an ex parte application to continue the trial date (currently set for March 19, 2024) for six months.  The Court grants the ex parte application but does not have an open trial date within the time period requested by the parties.  Therefore, the Court advances and continues the final status conference and trial dates as follows:

            Final Status Conference:        March 7, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

            Trial:                                       March 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

The discovery and motions deadlines shall be based on the new trial date.  The parties shall prepare and file joint trial documents on or before February 28, 2025.  The parties shall identify all witnesses they intend to call in their respective cases-in-chief, and identify and produce all exhibits they intend to introduce in their respective cases-in-chief, on or before February 28, 2025.

            The moving party shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
