Motion to Compel Arbitration

            Defendant Tealium, Inc. (“Defendant”) filed a motion to compel arbitration, which is set for hearing on April 18, 2023.  The Court will be dark for motions that date.  The Court orders as follows:

            1.         The Court advances and continues the hearing date on Defendant’s motion to compel arbitration to June 13, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.

            2.         The Court orders Defendant to produce a copy of Plaintiff’s personnel file forthwith.

            3.         Plaintiff may file a supplemental opposition, and Defendant may file a supplemental reply brief based upon statutory deadlines.

            4.         This case is stayed for all other purposes, pending the Court’s decision on the motion.

            5.         Defendant’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
